Widget Customization

With Paldesk you can easily customize the default chat widget’s position and color on your website, to ensure it fits your brand colors and layout.

How to customize a widget on your web page?

Step 1: Go to the ‘Administration’ tab > ‘Embeddable elements’ > ‘Website Widget’

IMPORTANT! The widget name will be visible by the users of the web site so the widget should have meaningful name (e.g. Company XYZ Chat Support)

What can be customized?

You can customize your widget name, position(left or right), color or add channels. Position – Choose the ideal widget position for your website, left or right bottom corner. Color – Choose the widget color. There are two options for picking a color: choose the color from the palette or enter Color Hexadecimal Code. After changing  your widget color, click OK. To add channels on your widget, follow these simple steps:

After you are finished with the design of your widget it should appear on your page looking something like this.
