Who is a Current User?
A Current user, in Live chat ticketing system, is the person who has just updated a ticket or the agent who is viewing it at the moment. The update can be made by the end-user with access to the ticket or by any agent in general.
The current user switches each time a new person updates the ticket. This allows a single view for each agent to show the relevant tickets, instead of having to make a specific view for each agent separately.
