Who are Collaborators?

Collaborators are special types of live chat agents. They enhance your live chat team and boost chat efficiency. They are similar to a standard agent, with different permissions.

For instance, they’re not able to communicate with clients, but only with the representatives inside of your company. They are solving customer issues by creating internal comments, adding and deleting their own attachments or just viewing customer info.
