What is a Ticket Status?
Ticket status or ticket phase is a state of the ticket. Through the resolving process, tickets can be assigned with various statuses such as Created, Open, In Progress, Pending or Closed.
Statuses “New Ticket” and “Open Ticket” have the highest significance because they need to be resolved first.
