What is Support Request?

A support request is a query from a customer or a visitor of a website asking a question about a particular business, product or service. It usually consists of a subject and body, sometimes additional categorization can be present.

A support request can be submitted directly as an email sent to your support email address. Also, it can be submitted through a contact form widget embedded at your website. Although it is mostly associated with electronic questions, facebook messages can also be considered as a support request.
