What is an Open Ticket?

Open Ticket is any unsolved or still unanswered request, generated by a ticket system. This process is done automatically every time a user sends a message or has an inquiry. It usually suggests there’s something that requires an agent’s attention. Note that a ticket remains open until it’s manually closed by an agent.
