Indecision
What is Indecision?
Indecision is the situation where managers or team leaders postpone or avoiding making decisions if they have two or more possible courses of action- irresolution. This situation can cause a lot of additional and not planned costs from the perspective of software development in startups or other organizations.
Great corporations are rarely built one indecisive step at a time. Startups particularly aren’t designed to tread water. This isn’t about throwing problems at the wall and selecting which one is the biggest, however, most of the management time should be spent doing, not selecting.
