Customer Service Management

What is Customer Service Management?

Customer service management or customer relationship management (CRM) is the term that refers to strategies, practices, and technologies that companies use to stay on top of customer satisfaction and create an amazing and seamless user experience. In essence, companies use all sorts of tools and practices to manage, analyze and improve interactions with customers.

Through the customer’s life cycle, with the goal to improve the business and grow, companies gather all sorts of data about their customers. All the data falls into one software – customer service management or CRM software.

Customer service management is any tool or set of techniques used to gather customer data and to provide a better user experience. This means that customer service management can take many different forms, but that it all has one very simple goal: to make the customer happy.
