What are Customer Lists?
Customer lists are groups of users defined with certain criteria and segmented into groups or so-called lists. Segmentation criteria can vary based on company preferences and company goals. Some of the most basic segmentation criteria are the number of interactions, number of purchases, country segmentation, gender segmentation.
These customer lists can be used for promotion or to keep up with the customers. For example, you can create a list for all customers who bought more than 3 of your products and tag them with “VIP-3,”. And once built, they enable you to communicate with and serve your customers more efficiently and proactively.
