What is Customer Delight?

We define satisfied customer as someone whos needs are met with our product or service.  Customer delight, on the othered hand, is achieved when the brand surprises the customer (or client) by exceeding their expectations. Customer delight is about ensuring that consumers are happy and that they stay happy after already purchasing the product or service. The best way to keep your customers happy is to build a genuine relationship with them.

According to researches, acquiring new customers is 7x more costly than keeping the existing ones. In those terms, it is crucial for brands to keep the customer happiness level high because the customer can and will be your biggest and loudest advocates.
