Audit log
What is an Audit Log?
Audit logs or notifications are used to keep track of the changes made to the customer’s accounts or customer care software. Audit logs help customer care administrators to oversee the changes done by agents. In the chronological set of records, audit log provides documentary evidence of the activities that have been undertaken by the customer care agents.
In most cases, this feature enables account administrators to see what the change to the account was, who made it and when it was made. To make it easier for account administrators, audit log in most cases supports customer filters to show only certain actions or actions done by a selected agent, department.
