Roles
What are the Roles?
Roles are defined as permissions to a user in your Paldesk account. There are 3 different roles in Paldesk account:
Agent – has permission for his tickets and tickets that are assigned to him.he also can receive new queues
Administrator – has permission to create groups and can see all tickets and conversations. Also, he can change agents status and delete them.
Owner – is the owner, creator of an account. Has access to all parts of the system including the billing system.
