In summary, what will these customer support events bring you? Many good things. Firstly, if you have a team of people who are depending on you, offer to take notes while at the conference to share and distribute with them.

Additionally, you could spend some time networking with other professionals in your industry over coffee or meals. It is a great way in which you can get to know people that do the same work as you while learning something that you had not yet known.
