Set up Live Chat for your website

Installation Process

To start off, first, you need to register at Paldesk or log in with your existing account.

Step 1: After you log in, click on ‘Administration’ and then go to ‘Website Widget’ under ‘Embeddable elements’. There you will choose your desired widget. To continue, select ‘Install’ and click ‘Copy to clipboard’ button.

Step 2: Paste the code anywhere before the </BODY> tag in the HTML template of your site or every page where you’d like to provide the Live Chat.

Step 3: Next, go to your website to check if everything works correctly.

Step 4: If you see a chat window in the bottom portion of the page, you have successfully installed Live Chat code on your website!

You can create new widget by clicking on +’ button. When creating a new widget you pick a name for your widget and choose channels which are to be used in your widget. You can change the colors of your widget in tab ‘Design’.
