New feature: Viber

Finally, it’s time for some good Viberations! Sorry about the cringey pun, we’re so excited! 🙂

Viber is a messaging app with over 200 million users worldwide, and we’re so happy to add it as one of our channels! Now you can create a Viber bot and link it to your Paldesk account to get even closer to your customers.

When you’ve set everything up, add your new Viber channel to your website widget so people can reach your team directly from their Viber app (on their phones or desktop).

It’s a direct integration, so you’ll be able to see their name and avatar when they send you a new message. Check out this short video to get an idea of what it looks like, and let us know if you need any help setting things up!
