You know how your customers rarely take the time to look for your support articles? Well now they can access them straight from your Paldesk chat widget! They can easily browse your team’s knowledge base until they find what they’re looking for, without having to google anything. 

All you need to do is set up your Paldesk knowledge base (as outlined in this article) and then link it to your chat widget.  When customers click on the knowledge base icon on your widget, they will see all your support articles in one place!
