Where can I customize my widget?
Step 1: Go to Administration > Embeddable elements > Website Widget.

Please note the widget name will be visible to your visitors, so make sure it’s related to your business (e.g. Paldesk Support)
What can be customized?
Your widget administration gives you a number of customization options. For example, you can edit colors, position, icon shape or image, global message or icon text.
Additionally, you can also edit your default client authentication type, add channels, triggers, enable agent avatars, chat transcripts, etc.
While you can add channels like chat, email or Facebook to your account in general (Administration > Channels), you can also link them to your chat widget. To add channel icons to your widget, proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Open the Channels tab in your website widget administration, add channels and save changes.

Once you’ve set up your website widget, save changes and install it on your website according to the installation instructions in your Installation tab. The installed widget will reflect the configuration in your Paldesk admin panel. Here’s what the widget can look like:
