The weekly summary is a weekly review of your activity. It is optional and if you enable it, you could track your conversations and statistics what have been handled. The weekly summary is sent to the email you choose.
How to set up a Weekly summary?
Administration > Notifications > Notifications
In the line of Events, Weekly and Newsletter, click Weekly.
Set Notification enabled and write down name where would you like to receive the weekly summary.

Once a week you will get an email with the information. It is written what period of time is included. Data will show a number of Live chat messages, facebook messages, email messages, and messages from other channel’s you use.
Review, in short, inform about a number of your groups and agents in them. It says how many conversations have your agents completed and compares that to last week data.
