A weekly summary is a weekly review of your team’s activity that allows you to easily track your progress and the number of messages you received through different channels. Data will show a number of live chat messages, Facebook messages, email messages, and messages from other channels you may use. A weekly summary is an optional tool that you can easily enable or disable inside the app.
How to set up a Weekly summary?
To get your weekly summary reports follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration > Notifications tab and there click on the Weekly, just like in the picture below:

Step 2: Click on the toggle switch to enable the weekly summary feature.
Step 3: Add the email address where you would like to receive your weekly reports
Step 4: Click on the Save button.
And that’s it. You have successfully enabled the weekly summary feature. Once a week you will receive weekly reports about your team in your email inbox that will look like this:

If you don’t want to receive any more weekly summaries, disable that option in your administration settings, following the same steps for enabling it. Here is our short video showing you how to enable or disable the weekly summary feature:
