Set up your working hours to let your customers know when you’re available. Depending on your preferences, you can set yourself as active 24/7 or configure specific availability. Additionally, you can create a special message for customers who reach out while you are offline.
How and where can you set up working hours?
You can easily configure your availability by following these simple steps:
Step 1. Go to Administration > Working hours tab.
Step 2. To create a new set of working hours, click on the “+” icon in the upper right corner. Alternatively, click on the “X” icon right next to it in order to delete an existing configuration. See example below:

Step 3. Select a name for your new working hours. This will help you in the future should you create several different sets for your various channels. You can also provide a description, but that’s optional.
Step 4. Create an offline message (message to display) for your customers, so that they can tell when you’re unavailable.
Step 5. Select your company’s timezone from the drop-down menu.
Step 6. Define your availability. The app will offer you two options: Available 24/7 or specific availability. If you select specific availability, you should set up specific working hours per business day.

Step 7. Add channels your settings will apply to. You can add several channels to a single set of working hours. However, if you add the same channel to multiple sets, only the most recent entry will apply.
