Paldesk Agent mobile app for iOS
The Paldesk Agent app for iOS lets you get back to your customers directly from your Apple device. While the desktop and web app, you can use the mobile app to quickly reply to your customers and visitors while you’re away from the office. Learn more about it below!
Where can I download the Paldesk mobile app for iOS and it is free?
Download the app for free and log in with your existing Paldesk credentials. Remember, the mobile app works together with the web version, so if you’re in multiple teams, you can switch between them in the web / desktop app and then log into the mobile version.
Note: If you are a member of multiple Paldesk teams, the mobile app will log you into the last team you were logged into via web or desktop app. You will not be able to switch teams in the mobile app.

What can I do in the mobile app?
With the mobile app for iOS you can do the following:
- Reply to chats and emails, as you would in the web/desktop version.
- Use Live translate – unlike the web or desktop app, you’ll have to select the source and target languages manually.

- Browse your conversations archive and your tickets. You can also create new tickets.

- View, manage, and create new contacts. You can also add notes, email addresses, and social links, view their conversation history and send them a new message.

- Agent settings – you can set yourself to available (Ready) or unavailable (Not ready).

Other settings, like channels, integrations, widget settings, triggers, predefined answers, working hours etc, can only be accessed in the web app or the desktop app.
How does it work?
As mentioned in this article, you will receive push notifications if you’re logged into the web app and idle. If you’re active in the web or desktop version, you will not get notifications on your phone.
When a new chat arrives, you can accept it, reply, add notes, send links, attachments, emojis, and stickers, and close it when you’re done. If you like, you can also reply via email. Additionally, you can forward the new conversation to another agent or group.
