Whether you need to talk about the ticket your customer just reported or discuss what you will have for lunch, it’s important to stay connected with your colleagues. With that in mind, we created an in-app chat that allows you fast and easy access to your team inside the Paldesk app. Learn more about it below!
How can I send a message to my colleague?
In order to send a message to your teammate, click on the little chat icon next to a notification bell in the upper right corner, as seen in the picture:

A new form will appear where you can type in your message and choose which teammate (or teammates) you would like to send a message to. Click on the submit button and that message will go straight to your teammate’s inbox.

Your teammate will be notified about your message with a visual notification. For example:

And that’s it! Now that you know how to use our in-app chat, start a conversation with your favorite colleague. Just note that while it’s possible to send group messages and emojis, it’s not possible to delete messages or post any attachments.
