Filters are useful for searching in conversations and tickets. In Tickets, you can choose between My tickets and All tickets. After you choose it, filters can shorten your searching for a particular ticket.

How to use Filters?

Step 1:
Tickets / Conversations > My tickets / All tickets

Step 2:
Click on Name and you will get drop down menu with filters such as Asignet agent, Assigned group, Affected agent and the like.

Step 3:
You can search the ticket by its name. Click below Search ticket by name and type the correct name of your ticket. This filter will work only if you type the exact name.
