How to affect an agent or client?
With both new and existing tickets, you can affect an agent or a client. Tickets can come from clients and customers outside the company. Except that, agents can affect tickets to other agents who are responsible for this particular field of operation.
Steps are the following:
Click on Tickets. You open a list of your tickets.
Now you can choose one for what you want to change affected or create a new ticket. In the top right corner, there is a + (plus) for creating a new ticket.
Fill other information, date and ticket description which helps your agents to understand the specific problem.
In the end, click Create.
