Sometimes things change and people leave your company. When that happens, you can easily deactivate agents in your Paldesk agent settings. Read more about it below!
How can I deactivate agents in my Paldesk team?
To manage your agent settings and deactivate agents in your Paldesk team, follow these simple steps:
Step 1. Go to Administration – Settings – Agents and find the agent you would like to deactivate.

Step 2: Click on the “Deactivate” button next to the agent’s name and then click “Yes” to confirm your action. The agent will no longer be able to log into your Paldesk team.
Note: The agent’s name and email will remain visible in your agent administration, in case you decide to reactivate them.
