Change the email address for your Paldesk account through these simple steps. If you are no longer using your email address, you can now change it in your agent’s settings. Here’s how!
How can I change the email address for my Paldesk account?
In order to change your email address, please do the following:
Step 1. Click on your agent avatar in the upper right corner of your dashboard.
Step 2. Go to Settings, as seen below:

Step 3. Type in your new email address.
Step 4. Once you’ve done that check your email inbox where a verification message from Paldesk will be sent. Click on the verification link in that message.

Step 5. To verify email change enter your existing password, as seen below. Please make sure to use your original password to confirm the email change. You can always change your password once you’ve logged back into your account.

Step 6. Log in with your new email address.
And that’s it. You have successfully changed your email address, and you will no longer be able to log into your account with your old email address. All notifications on new conversations will also be sent to your new email address. And in case you have multiple teams, your new email will be valid for all your teams.
