Affect agent or client
Tickets in Paldesk are a great tool for managing customer’s inquiries. In the Tickets tab, you can create new tickets or make changes to existing ones. You can edit the ticket description, add tags, or notes or change the assigned agent or group. However, once the ticket is created you won’t be able to change the affected e.g., a client or an agent a ticket refers to.
How to affect an agent or client?
Step 1: Go to the Tickets tab.
Step 2: Click on the Create a new ticket button.
Step 3: Select the Affected agent or client. Here you can choose between your agents or your clients (contacts), depending on the ticket type.
