Create a new team
If you are managing several websites or businesses, create a new team to keep all contact and interactions separate. Creating a new team will help you organize your business according to your needs and you will receive all conversations separately for each team. Learn how to create a new team below!
How can I create a new team?
You can easily set up a new team in these simple steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration > Company Accounts > Accounts. Here you’ll be able to see your Team profile, company profile, as well as your language and region settings.
Step 2: In the top right corner, click on the + (plus) icon to create a new team.

Step 3. This will open a new form, asking you to fill in the required information in order to generate a new team. Some of this information is team name, company profile (website URL, industry, company size, chat purpose) and language and region.
Once you’ve entered the name of your new team and clicked on “Submit“, you will be logged out of your current team and asked to log into the new one.

As you’ve noticed, your new team will not automatically be on the same price plan as the original one. Read this article to find out why.
Note: You can create several teams from one account. While you can edit your team email, you will not be able to change your account email (the one you used to create your Paldesk account) in the app. To change your account email, please contact our customer service.
How can I switch between teams?
Switching teams is quite easy, here’s how you can do it:
Step 1. Click on your avatar in the top right corner of your dashboard (where you can edit your Agent settings).
Step 2. Select the “Switch team” option and choose the team you’d like to log into. The app will automatically log you out and ask you to log back in.
Step 3. Log into your other team and start working on tickets!
