Add Paldesk to Shopify store
Add Paldesk to your Shopify store so your customers can reach out to you across multiple channels. Each customer will be recorded in your Paldesk account as a new contact, you can reply to their messages in real-time, or generate tickets. How can I install the Paldesk chat widget on my Shopify store?
Follow the steps below to quickly install your chat widget on Shopify.
Step 1: Log into your Paldesk account. Go to Administration > Embeddable elements > Website widget. Create and customize your chat widget or select a widget you would like to install and move on to the Install tab.
Next, copy the code snippet from the Install tab.

Step 2: Log into your Shopify Store administration. Go to Online Store – Themes. Next, click on the Actions menu and select “Edit code“.

Step 3: Under ‘Layout’, click on your theme file. Here’s what that should look like:

Step 4. Paste the widget code snippet you copied from your Paldesk administration into your site’s HTML code. Make sure to paste it anywhere inside the BODY element (after <body> and before the </body> tag) and save changes.

And that’s all you need to install Paldesk on your Shopify store! Now your customers will be able to reach you via live chat, or other channels you’ve added to your widget.
