How to add Paldesk on your Shopify store?

First thing’s first – make sure to create a Paldesk account here. Once you have done that, proceed with a manual installation through code.

Installation through code

Step 1: Login to the Paldesk application. Go to Administration > Embeddable elements > Website widget.

Step 2:  Click to the Install tab and copy the code.

Now continue to work in Shopify:

Step 3: Log into your Shopify Store Administration account at here.

Step 4: Click on ‘Online Store’ in the left-hand menu.

Step 5: Click on ‘Themes’.

Step 6: Click on ‘Actions’ and from the drop-down menu, choose “Edit code”.

Step 7: Under ‘Layout’, click on your theme file.

Step 8: Paste the code that you copy in Step 2. into your site’s HTML code anywhere inside BODY element (after <BODY> and before the </BODY> tag) and save changes.

Step 9: Check your Shopify store. You should be able to see and use the Paldesk widget on your website.
